PT Phunk is a Philosopher/producer extrordinare, phunking with a Yamaha DJX, Mixman DM2, Roland D2, Korg KP2, and an advanced PC in production of a wide array of excitingly catchy styles. The library represents almost every electronic genre in a club and radio-friendly manner, and many different talented artists in styles such as Drum & Bass, Trance, Breakbeat, Dance, Techno, Down Tempo, House, Old Skool Rave, and Electro-Funk.
The Phunk began in the Fall of '98 and since then has had 12 chart-topping #1 songs on the former indie-dominated MP3.com, which in part comprised the 24 Top 10 songs in the Electronic music genre. Phunk also had a song that won #1 song over all genres on Broadjam in March '01, and as an artist, reached the Top 10 in electronic on the old Farmclub. PT Phunk has collaborated with the Last Mission Core project and holiday great Guy Allen. Selected as one of 30 artists in the Cornerband/Kazaa best band promo and was ranked #1 in downloads!
